Dark Purple - Eau de Parfum
Dark Purple is an Eau de Parfum from the Parisian niche brand Montale, French ambassador of the oud.
The fronds of the plum tree, ruffled by the wind, showed ripe fruit. Some lay on the ground, prey to greedy birds, others emitted an inaudible melody which, like the song of the sirens, attracted me to them. The deepest, darkest purple was scrutinizing me even though I was probably staring at him.
Dark Purple is a highly concentrated fragrance. The juicy and gourmand notes of plum persist for the entire duration of the fragrance, slowly giving way to a balsamic note of woods and fresh geranium. Amber and musk complete the whole, creating an elegantly fruity and delicately velvety scent.
