How can I buy a product?

Select the product you want to buy, choose the desired size and color and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Now you can continue shopping, and when you're done, visit the Cart page to proceed with the payment of your order.
Would you like to buy a product that is out of stock? Contact us for information, we may have some products still available in the Boutique. You can call us , write us on Whatsapp or send us an email to info@risvolto.com .

Do I have to create an account in order to make a purchase?

It is not necessary, but creating your account will allow you to save your data for future purchases or to save your favorite products in a wishlist to buy them later.

I can make purchases from my smartphone

Of course! Our online Boutique is optimized to be able to purchase through any device: PC, smartphone or tablet.

Will out-of-stock sizes come back in stock?

Some items are restocked, others become unavailable once they run out. If an item is out of stock contact us for information, we may have some products still available in the Boutique.

Shipping:

What are the shipping times and within how many days will I receive the purchased goods?

You will receive your products in 48/72 working hours, with express shipping.

How much are the shipping costs?

Italy - Shipping is free for orders over €100.
For orders under €100, the cost of shipping in Italy is €8.

Europe - Shipping is free for orders over €750.
For orders under €750, the shipping cost is €15.

For Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco and Russia shipping costs are applied according to the purchase amount:

-39€ for purchases up to 250€;

-25€ for purchases from 250€ to 999€;

-free for purchases over 1000€.

USA - Shipping costs $95 and any customs duties are charged to the customer.


Non-EU orders: Your order may be subject to customs duties.
Rispetto has no control over these charges, and we can't tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Can I receive the purchased products to another address other than mine?

Of course yes! In the final phase of the order, we invite you to check that the shipping address is the one you want: it cannot be changed once the order has been completed.

What locations do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Of course! You can follow the progress of the shipment of your package by clicking on the chat button at the bottom right of the screen: at that point, just click on monitor my order and enter the order number and the email address used during the of purchase.

What should I do if the product I receive has defects?

In case of receipt of defective or damaged goods, call us immediately or write us on Whatsapp to agree on the return procedure for defects.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payments by credit or debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and yes, even by cash on delivery, adding €5 to your order total.

Can I pay in installments?

Of course! You can also pay your orders in 3 installments and without interest through the Klarna and Scalapay services.

Exchanges and Returns:

Can I return or exchange a product?

Europe - You can return or exchange purchased items within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.

The first exchange for replacement is free.

For subsequent exchanges or returns without exchange, shipping is charged to the customer and €8 will be charged for shipments to Italy and €16 for shipments to Europe.


Extra-EU - Exchanges and returns are charged to the customer.

How can I return an item?

If, for any reason, you wish to return a purchased item, call us or write us on Whatsapp within 14 days from the delivery date of your order, so that we can agree on the return procedure.
